The Solar Infra Co., under PrimeTower Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., is a fast-growing renewable energy company focused on residential rooftop solar installations across India.
We are a DPIIT-certified startup working towards accelerating solar adoption in residential, commercial, and large-scale solar infrastructure.
In our first year of operations we have already:
Delivered 1.6+ Crore worth of solar installations
Built a confirmed order book exceeding 10 Crores
Expanded our presence across multiple solar markets
As we scale our residential solar vertical, we are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to head Residential Solar Sales in West Uttar Pradesh.
The Residential Solar Sales Team Lead will be responsible for driving residential rooftop solar adoption across UP West while building and managing a strong field sales team.
This is a leadership role suited for individuals who can combine sales expertise with team development, ensuring consistent lead generation, strong customer engagement, and high conversion rates.
You will play a key role in helping homeowners transition to clean, affordable solar energy solutions.
Lead and manage the Residential Solar Sales team across UP West
Build and train a high-performing field sales team
Drive lead generation, customer meetings, and solar consultations
Develop strategies to increase rooftop solar penetration in residential areas
Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved
Educate customers on solar benefits, government subsidies, and financing options
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Build strong relationships with local communities, RWAs, and homeowners
36 years of sales experience, preferably in residential solar.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strong understanding of residential rooftop solar market dynamics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field sales and territory management
