Job Description
Our client is a leading Real estate developer with a strong presence in residential projects across key Indian markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in site sales, deal closures, and lead sourcing for residential projects.
Ideal Profile:
4+ years of experience in residential real estate sales
Luxury / premium project exposure preferred
Strong closing and customer-handling skills
Experience with direct sales and channel partners
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve project sales targets
Handle site visits and deal closures
Source leads via direct and channel sales
Manage brokers and customer follow-ups
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM
Location: Mumbai or Pune
