Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts by identifying potential clients, providing property recommendations, and building relationships with customers. Daily tasks include managing the sales team and coordinating with property developers, and ensuring seamless assistance with documentation and loan processes. Delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Residential Real Estate and working knowledge as an Channel Partner / Builder sales Background.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Proven experience and ability in sales, particularly in real estate
• Excellent communication, Team Handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets

. Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is an added advantage

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
