Job Responsibilities
- Handle company-generated leads
- Connect with clients via calls / virtual meetings
- Present project details clearly and confidently
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Accompany clients for project visits
- Handle client queries and objections
- Negotiate and close deals
- Ensure regular follow-ups post site visit
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent the company professionally
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills
- Client handling ability
- Good negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of real estate market (Freshers can apply if willing to learn)
