Reservations Ticketing Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Consultant located in Pune. The Reservations Ticketing Consultant will be responsible for handling ticket sales, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include assisting customers with travel inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring accurate ticketing. The role also involves liaising with airlines and other travel service providers to secure the best options for clients.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales experience in the travel industry
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Bachelors degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous
