Role Overview

As a Reservation Associate, you will manage bookings, handle guest communication, update availability, process payments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations across multiple channels
• Communicate with guests to handle inquiries and special requests
• Update availability and rates accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in reservation systems and booking processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of hospitality operations with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Prior hospitality or reservation experience is an advantage
• Passion for guest experience and community-driven hospitality
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
