Job Description
Society for Applied Studies (SAS) a Delhi-based not-for-profit research organization seeking a motivated and experienced Researcher to manage and contribute to early child development (ECD) and Mental Healthrelated research activities. The selected candidate will be involved in managing ongoing studies, leading scientific writing, and supporting the development of grants proposals and manuscripts.
Place of Work: Society for Applied Studies, 45, Kalu Sarai, New Delhi (near Hauz Khas Metro Station)
Qualifications:
- MBBS with experience in early child development, maternalchild health, or related research or
- MD in Psychiatry or
- Masters degree in Clinical Psychology
Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Experience
- Minimum 35 years of experience working in early child development/mental health or related research areas
- Demonstrated experience in writing manuscripts and/or grant applications
- Prior experience with funded research projects is desirable

- Strong scientific writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary research environment
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and contribute to ongoing research projects
- Lead and support manuscript writing for peer-reviewed journals
- Contribute to grant writing and funding applications
- Work collaboratively with investigators and multidisciplinary teams
- Support overall research planning, reporting, and dissemination
