About the role:

We are hiring a Nutrition Researcher to support the research, design, and development of evidence-based health programs, starting with Diabetes Reversal Programs. Best part? This is not just about developing another diet-based program. It's about combining Nutrition with Behavioural Science to create lasting impact in people's health. .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep scientific research and can translate nutrition science into structured learning modules, program flows, and practical nutrition protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Nutrition Research & Evidence Building

• Read, analyse, and summarise scientific research papers, clinical studies, and systematic reviews related to nutrition and metabolic health
• Review high-quality textbooks, clinical nutrition guidelines, and reference materials
• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in diabetes management and lifestyle nutrition

Program & Module Development

• Create structured learning flows, nutrition training modules, and program frameworks
• Translate complex nutrition science into simple, actionable, and user-friendly content
• Support the development of nutrition protocols and dietary strategies aligned with HealthTick programs
• Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, well-organised, and easy to understand

Documentation & Quality Control

• Prepare research summaries, internal reports, and reference documents
• Maintain proper citations and research integrity
• Assist in creating internal training manuals and nutrition knowledge repositories

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MSc or PhD in Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or a related field
• 15 years of research experience in nutrition or metabolic health
• Must have worked on at least one independent or collaborative research paper
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and critically evaluate scientific literature
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working on-site from the office
• Willing to begin with a 7-day trial period

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Research exposure in diabetes, metabolic disorders, or lifestyle diseases
• Experience creating nutrition training content, curriculum, or learning modules
• Familiarity with patient education and applied nutrition frameworks
