Hiring | Research Scientist AI & Cyber Security (Research & Innovation Division)

CTC: Up to 60-80 LPA** | Experience: 1420 Years (PhD/Post-Doc/M.Tech) | Pune, India

We are looking for exceptional Research Scientists to work on a high-impact role focused on building next-generation security architectures for large-scale digital ecosystems. You will bridge academic research and real-world deployment, translating cutting-edge theory into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Role Overview

As part of an advanced research team, you will contribute to solving critical challenges in AI trust, privacy, and security, working closely with leading academic institutions and internal innovation teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build frameworks for Adversarial AI, including protection against prompt injection, model inversion, and data poisoning

Develop deepfake detection systems for secure digital identity and authentication use cases

Architect privacy-preserving solutions using technologies like FHE and SMPC

Contribute to PQC adoption using NIST standards

Work on QKD and secure communication layers

Collaborate with academic partners to convert research into PoCs, patents, and deployable solutions

Participate in research publications, conferences, and innovation forums

Skills & Qualifications

PhD/Post-Doc (preferred) or M.Tech from top institutes (Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantum Computing, or related fields)

Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Rust

Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and cryptographic libraries (OpenSSL, SEAL, Lattigo)

Exposure to AI security, cryptography, or privacy-enhancing technologies

Strong research mindset with publications, patents, or open-source contributions
