Role Overview

UniVisory Global Education is seeking a highly organised and execution-focused Research Program Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of its global Research Mentorship Programs.

This role is central to ensuring that students, parents, and international research mentors have a seamless, structured, and high-quality experience. The coordinator will own onboarding, scheduling, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication across India, the US, and the UK, ensuring research projects stay on track and meet defined milestones.

Key responsibilities include:

Onboard students and research mentors, including conducting introductory calls and setting expectations

Coordinate and schedule recurring mentorstudent sessions across multiple time zones

Create and maintain structured research timelines and milestones for each student

Track session attendance, deliverables, and overall research progress

Ensure clear and timely communication between students, mentors, and parents via WhatsApp and email

Share regular progress updates with parents and escalate concerns when required

Maintain accurate internal trackers and documentation related to sessions, timelines, and outcomes

Proactively identify delays or risks and follow up to keep projects on track

Enforce timelines and follow-ups with students and mentors to ensure commitments are met

Handle parent communication with professionalism, clarity, and confidence, especially when addressing delays or concerns

Act as the single point of ownership for assigned students from onboarding to program completion

Candidate Profile

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisational, time-management, and project management abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

High attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable working in a high-accountability, deadline-driven environment

Confident handling of student and parent queries independently

Willingness to work with flexible hours to overlap with US/UK mentors when required
