Position: Research/Operations Executive


Job Summary: IIHMR University seeks a motivated Research/Operations Executive to support research and training projects in public health and healthcare management. The role involves maintaining research records, drafting reports, assisting with grant applications, and managing projects. Ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for healthcare research, this position offers valuable experience in academic and practical research initiatives.

Qualification: MPH/MSW/MBA/Master's degree in Hospital/Health Management, or a related field.


Required Skills:

Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques.

Strong written communication skills for drafting reports, research papers, and grant proposals.

Excellent oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills to manage research and training projects and timelines.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks.


Required Experience: 2- 5 Years


Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate records of research, training, and other activities.

Conducting comprehensive reviews of existing literature.

Documentation and Reporting.

Writing and editing research reports, papers, and presentations.

Preparing progress reports and updates for funding agencies or supervisor.

Assisting with Grant Applications.

Identifying potential funding sources.

Handling correspondence and administrative paperwork related to research activities.
