Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented earlycareer professional to join the Global Equity Research COO team to support research operations, data analysis, and workflow improvement initiatives across the department. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build strong analytical, operational, and strategic skills while working closely with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working with teams across global time zones. This role will focus on supporting existing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to leverage AI and automation tools to make processes more efficient and scalable.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the review and documentation of existing workflows and operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, or opportunities for process improvement, leveraging no-code and low-code AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain Excelbased reports, trackers, and dashboards related to global operating metrics for client interactions, coverage activity, and other bespoke reporting.
  • Support testing, documentation, and rollout of new tools or automated workflows.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve how work gets done through technology and innovation.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives, planning exercises, and adhoc analysis.


Qualifications


  • 12 years of relevant experience (operations, analytics, research support, consulting, finance, or a related field).
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work across global time zones, dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in process improvement, strategy, and change management.
  • Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to improve workflows.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.


NicetoHave

  • Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools.
  • Experience with workflow documentation or process mapping.
  • Familiarity with AIenabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, automation platforms).
  • Experience in a research, financial services, or regulated environment.
