Veltrix Connect is a managed marketplace for cross-border hiring, connecting global employers with trusted recruitment agencies and talent pipelines.

We are looking for smart, resourceful interns who enjoy researching new industries, finding creative ways to reach decision-makers, and using modern AI tools to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

• Research global employers, recruiters, and hiring platforms relevant to cross-border hiring.
• Identify smart outreach channels (platforms, communities, directories, etc.) where potential partners exist.
• Build structured lead databases using research and AI tools.
• Assist in strategic outreach initiatives to employers and agencies.
• Explore new industries, countries, and hiring markets and summarize key insights.
• Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve research and outreach workflows.

Qualifications:

• Strong internet research skills and curiosity to explore new topics.
• Street-smart thinking, ability to find unconventional sources and opportunities.
• Comfortable learning and using AI tools for research and productivity.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar industries and summarize insights.
• Good written communication and documentation skills.
• Interest in global markets, geopolitics, or international hiring trends is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Duration: 3 months
• Working hours: 10 AM 6 PM (flexible as long as work gets done)
• Mode: Remote (future office may open in Delhi NCR)
