Role Description

This is a paid Research Intern position with remote working option, however preferred location is in Bengaluru. The Research Intern will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on skincare ingredients, analyzing market trends in the beauty industry, and contributing to defining a roadmap of international markets and new product introduction in the short listed markets. Tasks include collecting and synthesizing research data, creating detailed reports and recommending a roadmap of market expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills, with proficiency in conducting literature reviews and synthesizing complex information
• Knowledge of or interest in clean beauty, cosmetic formulations, and natural ingredient profiles
• Proficiency in data collection, report writing, and documentation tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or related disciplines
• Genuine passion for skincare, Ayurveda, and sustainable beauty practices is a strong advantage
• Candidate is expected to do research using own personal computer or laptop, particularly if the candidate is based outside Bengaluru
