About the Internship

This is not a shadow and learn internship. From day one, youll work on finance and strategy projects that impact global operations. Expect to:

• Analyse Excel datasets on suppliers, costs, and sales performance
• Research e-commerce categories, pricing, and sourcing opportunities
• Develop real-life business solutions and present ideas directly to senior leadership

Perform well, and youll move from intern to a full-time role in our core team with global exposure.

Who Can Apply?

Were looking for ambitious, analytical graduates (02 years out of college) who want to fast-track their careers in finance, strategy, and e-commerce.

Preferred backgrounds: Finance, Economics, Commerce, Management

Must-haves (non-negotiable):

• Strong familiarity with Excel (intermediate level) comfortable with formulas, pivots, VLOOKUPs, and basic data analysis
• Ability to interpret and work with numbers to drive decisions
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
• Strong English communication skills
• Based in or able to commute to Gurgaon (on-site role)

Nice-to-haves (advantageous in selection):

• Prior exposure to financial analysis, e-commerce research, or business case work
• Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, or start-ups
