Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located at our Mumbai office
For Qualitative Vertical
- You will be responsible for conducting qualitative research studies, managing projects from start to finish, and working closely with clients to gather insights and deliver actionable findings. You will be involved in planning and executing qualitative research methodologies, conducting interviews, moderating focus groups, and analyzing data. Your role will contribute to the overall success of market research projects and help clients make informed business decisions
- At the Managerial level you will be involved in proposal writing and be responsible for multiple projects at one time and be the key contact person with the client
For Quantitative Vertical
- You will be responsible for conducting quantitative research studies, managing projects from start to finish, and working closely with clients to gather insights and deliver actionable findings. You will be involved in planning and executing quantitative research methodologies, planning for the fieldwork - whether online or offline, coordinating with the field teams, going into field for quality checks, work on the analysis of the data and well as the presentation. Your role will contribute to the overall success of market research projects and help clients make informed business decisions

Qualifications
For Qualitative Vertical
- Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies and techniques
- Experience in conducting in-depth interviews and moderating focus groups
- Open to using new AI tools for analysis, conducting interviews
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, History)
- Master's degree in Business, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology
- Prior experience in market research or consumer insights is a must - 1 to 2 years
For Quantitative Vertical
- Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies and techniques
- Experience in writing questionnaires from scratch, coordinating with the field teams, writing analysis plans and working on ad-hoc research presentations
- Open to using new AI tools for scripting, analysis, writing reports
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Master's degree is a must - Business, Market Research, Economics
- Prior experience in market research or consumer insights is a must - 1 to 2 years
