Job summary

We are seeking a Research Engineer specializing in NLP and ASR. In this role, youll develop and implement cutting-edge AI technologies, focusing on real-time inference, scalability, and enhancing Conversational AI systems.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop Algorithms: Apply state-of-the-art NLP and ASR algorithms to advance AI capabilities.
• Stay informed : Keep up with deep learning research and share key insights with the team.
• Innovation in Production: Design and implement production-ready techniques for NLP, ASR, and Conversational AI.
• Optimize Models: Enhance model performance for real-time use and scalability.
• Analyze & Improve: Conduct error analysis to boost accuracy and robustness.
• Manage Data Pipelines: Build and maintain pipelines for continuous model improvement.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into applications.
• Research Application : Translate cutting-edge research into practical, impactful solutions.

• Manage Data Pipelines: Build and maintain pipelines for continuous model improvement.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into applications.
• Research Application: Translate cutting-edge research into practical, impactful solutions.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• Experience: 3 + year of experience working on Data science skills like LLM, Speech to Text, ASR.
• Python : Should have good hands on coding experience on Python programming.
• Education: BE/B Ech, ME/M TEch, MS/PhD preferred from Tier 1 college.
• Publications : 1/2 project experience or Research / on research paper published (preferably).
• Technical Skills: Proficient with onnx/pytorch; familiar with model serving (ex-Triton Inference Server).
• Research & Coding: Experience in applied research, strong coding skills, and problem-solving.
• Passion for AI: Expertise in AI areas such as Text Summarization, Speech Recognition, or Conversational AI.
• Deployment Experience: Experience in deploying and scaling AI models in production with real-time processing needs - is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong in error analysis and model debugging for speech and language models.
