Were Hiring | Team Leader Process Research (CDMO)
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Process Research to join our CDMO business, working closely with customers on complex chemistry programs.
Role Highlights
- Lead and execute process research & development activities for CDMO projects
- Serve as a customer-facing scientific lead for assigned programs
- Drive process optimization, scale-up support, and technology transfer
- Collaborate with analytical, manufacturing, and program management teams
- Mentor and develop a team of scientists
Candidate Profile
- PhD in Chemistry (Process / Organic Chemistry preferred)
- Post-doctoral experience good to have
- Strong experience in a CDMO environment
Experience
- PhD/PDF - 4-6 years of Industrial experience
