We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Process Research to join our CDMO business, working closely with customers on complex chemistry programs.

Role Highlights

• Lead and execute process research & development activities for CDMO projects
• Serve as a customer-facing scientific lead for assigned programs
• Drive process optimization, scale-up support, and technology transfer
• Collaborate with analytical, manufacturing, and program management teams
• Mentor and develop a team of scientists

Candidate Profile

• PhD in Chemistry (Process / Organic Chemistry preferred)
• Post-doctoral experience good to have
• Strong experience in a CDMO environment

Experience

• PhD/PDF - 4-6 years of Industrial experience
