Location: Kochi, Kerala

Ideal Candidate:

1015 years of experience in seasoning, savory applications, or flavor development.

Strong hands-on expertise in seasoning formulation and application.

Experience in customer-led product development and commercialization.

Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Flavor Chemistry, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end development of seasoning blends for snacks, instant foods, meat & poultry, bakery, and QSR applications.

Develop innovative flavor platforms based on market trends and customer requirements.

Oversee formulation, trials, and scale-up for commercial production.

Work closely with Sales and Key Account teams on customer presentations and technical discussions.

Build and mentor a high-performing seasoning R&D team.

Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.
