About the Role

We are hiring fresh graduates who are curious, driven, and excited to build a career in Talent Acquisition. As a Research Associate, you will support hiring for Tech, Product, and Design roles across innovative startups. This is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment from industry experts.

What You Will Do

Candidate Research and Sourcing :

• Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
• Learn and apply Boolean search techniques
• Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future roles

Screening and Coordination :

• Conduct initial screening calls
• Understand candidate skills, experience, and career aspirations
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Data and Process Management :

• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure accurate documentation and updates
• Support reporting and recruitment metrics tracking

Learning and Growth :

• Gain exposure to Tech, Product, and startup hiring
• Understand how high-growth startups scale teams
• Continuously improve sourcing and research skills

Who Can Apply?

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field are preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Eager to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
• Comfortable working from the office in Byculla, Mumbai
• Immediate joiners preferred
