Applications are invited from interested candidates for the positions of Research Associate (01), Research Assistant (01) and Field Investigator (01) in a time-bound research project sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) under the Punyashloka Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Special Call for Women-Led Research on Women-Led Development. The positions are purely on a contractual basis for a temporary period, as per the following details.

Essential Qualifications (As per the ICSSR guidelines):

Research Associate : Post graduate in any social science discipline (55% minimum) with NET /M.Phil. / Ph.D. and 2 years research experience as a Research Assistant in any Project.

Research Assistant : Post Graduate in Social Science discipline with minimum 55% with NET/M.Phil/Ph.D .

Field Investigator: Post Graduate in Social Science Discipline with Minimum 55% marks.

Desirable Skills :(Related to the field of study, specializations required by the candidate)

Research Associate:

• Strong analytical and research skills, with proficiency in
• Statistical and qualitative analysis tools.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities, demonstrated
• through report drafting or academic publication experience.
• Leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to guide
• Field teams and ensure high-quality research outputs.
• Research Assistant:
• Analyze and interpret survey and field data using statistical
• software
• Manage field operations and coordinate with Field
• Investigators.
• Conduct literature reviews and support the development of
• research papers.
• Draft reports and assist in project documentation.
• Participate in public outreach and stakeholder engagement activities.

Field Investigator:

• Collect primary field data from women employees from selected cities in India.
• Conduct photographic surveys, Focus group discussion and document field observations.
• Travel to multiple locations as required.

Emoluments

1. Research Associate: Rs. 47,000 per month (As per ICSSR guidelines)

2. Research Assistant: Rs 37,000 per month (As per ICSSR

guidelines)

3. Field Investigators: Rs 20,000 per month (As per ICSSR

guidelines)
