Job Description
Responsibilities –
· Effectively handle animal models & allied activities :
o Develop and validate bio-chemical and cell based assays as per client requirement under supervision
o Ensure that laboratory equipment are in working condition
o Maintain a record of day to day experimental activities in ELNB
o Ensuring compliance to SOPs while conducting the studies
o Support team in assay delivery of client based FFS projects
· Ensure safety at work :
o Follow safety SOPs defined for cell culture
o Maintenance and usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.
· Maintain records, data integrity :
o Maintain strict data integrity and adhere to related policies.
· Ensure skill development of self & team:
o Enhance knowledge in the work area through formal and informal means of learning
o Focus on developing behavioral competencies through behavioral workshops and feedback discussion with manager
