Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and executing laboratory experiments and research studies.
• Perform routine laboratory procedures including sample preparation, labeling, and storage.
• Conduct molecular biology techniques such as PCR and Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental data, observations, and results.
• Support data analysis, interpretation, and preparation of research reports.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Manage laboratory inventory, consumables, and documentation.
• Assist senior researchers in study coordination and project execution.
• Compile data for presentations, publications, and internal reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Biotechnology / Life Sciences /Molecular Biology / Biochemistry (B.Tech / M.Sc. preferred).

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in PCR, DNA/RNA handling, and Gel Electrophoresis.
• Knowledge of standard laboratory techniques and aseptic practices.
• Strong documentation and data recording skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
• Understanding of SOPs, GLP principles, and laboratory safety.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven research environment.
