Research And Development Specialist

We're Hiring | Research & Delivery Executive for our client which is a well-invested, founder-led consulting and leadership development firm profitable, growing rapidly, and working with 75+ organizations across banking, manufacturing, pharma, EPC, fintech, and emerging enterprises.

What the role involves

The person in this role will work directly with founders, senior mentors, and CXOs and CHROs of large enterprises as a program backbone, not a silent observer.

• Program Management Own end-to-end coordination of large leadership journeys and academies. Manage timelines, trackers, and stakeholder communication. Track impact metrics and feedback loops. Ensure client delight and repeat engagement.
• Research and Insight Conduct secondary research on strategy, HR, leadership, and culture trends. Translate research into sharp executive summaries and client-ready frameworks. Benchmark industry best practices.
• Client Interface Work directly with enterprise clients. Participate in review meetings. Anticipate issues before they escalate. Operate with high accountability.
