This role is ideal for someone passionate about formulation development as per client requirement and taking products from concept to commercialisation.

What youll do:

Develop and optimise cosmetic formulations

Support lab trials, scale-up, and stability testing

Work closely on client requirements with cross-functional teams

Stay updated on new ingredients and market trends

What were looking for:

Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field

2-5 years of experience in cosmetic R&D/NPD

Experience in third-party manufacturing is a plus
