Lead Polymer Specialist (Ph.D.) Global Water Tech R&D

We are seeking a visionary Domain Expert in Membrane & Polymer Science to join a global leader in water transformation. This role is designed for a researcher who thrives at the intersection of deep science and commercial IP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Innovation: Drive independent research in sorption technologies, membrane modification, and grafting.
• Proof-of-Concept: Move technologies from lab-scale studies to viable, patentable business solutions.
• Global Scouting: Partner with universities and startups worldwide to evaluate and screen emerging technologies.
• Team Leadership: Staff and mentor a high-level technical team focused on water quality and consumer health.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Membrane Science.
• Experience: 5+ years in technology discovery (specifically in water-related fields).
• Technical Mastery: Hands-on expertise with ICP-MS, GPC, GC-MS, SEM, and TGA.
• IP Savvy: Working knowledge of Intellectual Property processes in India and the US.
• Presence: A track record of international publications/presentations and patent evaluation.
