Research And Development Manager

The R&D Manager will lead advanced research, new formulation development, innovation projects, and compliance processes for cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on formulation skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Develop and improve cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulations to meet product performance and quality standards.

Conduct specific research to comply with clients general requirements and on a project basis as required.

Conduct and oversee stability, compatibility, and performance testing to ensure product quality and safety.

Take R&D trial batches and maintain complete documentation for all formulations and development activities.

Prepare R&D samples, ingredients lists, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS to go with the samples for customers.

Ensure all products meet relevant global regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Evaluate and select raw materials and suppliers based on quality, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of formulations, experiments, testing, and technical documentation. Prepare, review, and maintain MSDS and COA documents for all raw materials and finished products.

Conduct stability and compatibility tests on formulations.
