R&D MANAGER FOR HOME APPLIANCES INDUSTRY :-

Job description:

Require R&D Manager in the home appliances industry leads the design, development, and testing of new products (e.g., small appliances, HVAC, smart home devices) from concept to launch. Key responsibilities include driving innovation, managing technical teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting competitor benchmarking

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Innovation: Lead end-to-end development (conception, prototyping, testing, commercialization) of new home appliances & Kitchen Appliances enhance existing products.

Engineering Leadership: Direct engineering teams in designing electronic/structural systems, ensuring technical feasibility, and implementing advanced technologies.

Project Management & Budgeting: Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, managing development to ensure on-time delivery within budgetary constraints.

Strategic Planning: Align R&D initiatives with market trends, consumer insights, and company business goals, including competitor benchmarking and intellectual property development.

Technical Compliance: Ensure all new products meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless production integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 810+ years of experience in consumer electronics or home appliances R&D.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of product design, CAD, simulation tools, and manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, electronics hardware).
