The Head of R&D will lead the design, development, and innovation of advanced energy management solutions for telecom tower operators. The role requires deep expertise in power electronics, system engineering, firmware, and hardware design, combined with strong customer engagement capabilities to translate telecom infrastructure needs into scalable and customised technology solutions.

B.Tech /M.Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Power Electronics

• 1525 years of experience in power electronics, telecom power systems, energy storage, or energy management solutions.
• Prior experience working with telecom tower infrastructure, renewable integration, or hybrid power systems is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of leading large R&D teams and delivering commercially successful products.
• Deep expertise in power electronics and energy management systems.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, firmware development, and hardware design. Experience in system architecture and integrated product development.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into engineered solutions.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
