• As an Research Analyst, you will be instrumental in building the expert network of the future. Your work will revolve around the objective of identifying and on-boarding top Industry experts in various industries to the Vedak Platform.

What youll Do

• Identify experts in target organisations who are able to provide insights on the subject matter
• Include key data points and contact details about senior Industry experts in target companies by sourcing information from professional networks and other people databases
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, other recruitment sites, and other public forums to connect with, convince and clear doubts of top global thought leaders shortlisted to join the Vedak platform
• Validate research by screening experts and clearly explain on-boarding processes to them
• Intensely follow up with key experts and close the on-boarding process within expected timelines
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with subject matter experts to encourage participations in expert consultations
• Generate market intelligence through expert conversations and pass on to relevant team members as required

What Expertise Youll Add To The Team

• 0-2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Outbound Business Development, Lead Generation roles
• Bachelors/ Masters degree in any field with a strong academic track record
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task and work with large volumes of data
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure during peak seasons
• This will be a rotating shift schedule. Rotational shift start timing can fall anytime between 7:00 AM to 5:30 pm IST. Your shift timings may change based on the rotation plan shared with you. If your shift start time is consistently after 2:00 PM, you will be required to work from the office for 3 days in a week. If your shift timing is between 7:00 AM & 11:00 AM, you will be required to work from the office on all working days.
