About the Role
We are looking for passionate freshers to join our Expert Onboarding team . The role involves engaging with senior industry leaders, onboarding them for client projects, and ensuring smooth coordination.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with experts (CEOs, VPs, Directors) via phone & email.
- Explain project details and confirm participation.
- Verify and manage expert profiles.
- Work with internal teams to meet client deadlines.
- Flexibility to stretch hours and work on weekends when required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in commuincation oriented roles, where cold calling has been a primary role.
- Excellent English communication skills spoken & written.
- Passionate, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates near Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi preferred.
