Role Summary

We are looking for a Research Analyst / BDE to support our US Staffing sales team by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building targeted prospect lists. The role focuses on market research and lead generation, enabling the sales team to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, prime vendors, MSPs, and direct clients in the US staffing industry.
• Generate qualified leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, job portals, and company databases.
• Build and maintain prospect lists including Hiring Managers, Vendor Managers, and Procurement contacts.
• Research companies with active hiring needs and staffing requirements.
• Support sales team with account intelligence and contact mapping.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and targeting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 14 years of experience in US Staffing research / lead generation / BDE support.
• Strong experience in lead generation for staffing or recruitment companies.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of US staffing ecosystem (C2C, W2, MSP, Vendors) preferred.
• Strong internet research and data mining skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Profile

• Experience supporting US staffing sales teams.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and generate sales-ready leads.
