We work with interior designers, architects, studios, and design professionals across the U.S. to support residential and commercial design projects.

We are hiring a Research, Outreach & E-Commerce Specialist with strong skills in email marketing and online lead generation to identify interior designers, connect with them, and drive qualified leads for our brand.

• Research and build targeted lists of interior designers, design studios, architects, and dcor consultants in the U.S. market.
• Collect accurate contact information (emails, phone numbers, firm details, social media links).
• Execute outreach through email marketing, LinkedIn messages, Instagram DMs, and follow-up calls .
• Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns for designer engagement and brand promotions.
• Support e-commerce functions including lead nurturing, CRM updates, and tracking conversions.
• Maintain an organized lead database and track communication status.
• Set up meetings, calls, sample requests, or product showcases with designers.
• Provide weekly reporting on outreach results, email performance, and lead quality.

• Strong communication skills suitable for the U.S. market.
• Experience in e-commerce, email marketing, or online sales outreach .
• Ability to use tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Sheets/CRM .
• Comfortable initiating conversations with professionals and presenting brand value.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
