Roaming Routes Travel is seeking a highly skilled Reputation Management & SEO Specialist to strengthen our online presence, maintain brand trust, and enhance visibility across digital platforms.

Ideal for professionals experienced in reputation management, White Hat SEO, and on-page/off-page optimization , this role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact in one of Indias leading travel brands.

• Monitor and manage customer reviews on Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and other platforms.
• Implement effective strategies to maintain and enhance online brand reputation.
• Respond professionally and empathetically to customer reviews and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain brand consistency.
• Analyze review trends and prepare weekly/monthly ORM reports.
• Execute White Hat SEO strategies , including on-page and off-page optimization.
• Improve organic visibility through keyword optimization, link building, and content recommendations.
• Support brand presence through SEO-driven SMO strategies.

• 25 years of experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) .
• Strong knowledge of White Hat SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO .
• Good understanding of SMO and digital reputation channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
