Representative - Business Relations

• To ensure legal compliance for patients as well as the relatives with the FRRO

·         Maintain Statutory Registers & Records related to the patient’s FRRO clearance

·         Attending all the queries of the admitted international In-patients and their relatives or guest regarding the discharge, billing, follow-up & recuperative stay

·         Carryout internal quality checks on query response, timeliness and accuracy for the estimates that are shared

·         Support the team with Police clearance and arrangements for deceased body’s embalming, storage, transportation, custom formalities for safe transportation back home.

·         To coordinate with various corporate & Consultant Doctor.

·         Any other work as assigned.
