Job Description

Data / Reporting analyst will be part of the quality and process improvement team driving the analysis The role will also support departmental leads and managers with the tracking of process improvement opportunities based on the review of the analysis and identification of the root causes ,The role requires experience in working in a cross functional environment interacting with different departments. Assemble and analyze data for business reports, make sure data and calculations are accurate.

Primary Responsibilities

Data analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing related data
Effectively create automation and make timelines & accuracy of the reports
Support departmental managers/leads to follow-through with & ensure preventive action implementation tracking
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Has to do periodic Volume Tracking & SLA Tracking
Ability to manage RU reports and other Financial reports
Publishing weekly and monthly Dashboards, Presentation
Identify Service Improvements opportunities using effective data analysis
Create and maintain technical documentation for various systems, services and business processes including databases and reporting procedures
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

Skills & Personal Attributes

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent command on English language
Flexibility to work in shifts
Excellent command on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proficient in advanced Excel, VBA, MS SQL queries,
Knowledge in anyone of the BI tools such as, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS is mandate.
Knowledge in anyone of IT Service Management Tools. ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
Problem solving and root cause analysis.
