Job Title: RTR Reporting COE Senior Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial consolidation and reporting, and other processes performed by the RTR team to ensure these tasks are being done correctly, with proper support and per policy if applicable.
- Responsible and act as SME to drive report tool changes, structure, testing and implementation as per the design agreed.
- Develop a process to continually audit these processes to ensure adherence to ADM standards on these tasks.
- Ability to work the diverse team, highlight the risk and deliver the goals set.
- Skill in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to implement changes.
- Focus on achieving set goals and objectives, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Create comprehensive work instructions, and DTPs to document business processes accurately.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate highly repetitive tasks based on business priorities.
- Drive standardization and simplification of global RTR end-to-end processes and provide recommendations for ownership and positioning of key processes across RTR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field such as Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred.
- CA/ CMA/ ACCA qualifications are preferred
- Experience in Hyperion and OneStream.
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years in similar roles, preferably in a Global Business Services environment
- Ability to adapt to rapid and emerging changes in the business and technological environment.
- Ability to work independently, collaborative and deliver high-quality results within deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives and performance in complex organizations.
