Job Description
Reporting to Senior Manager, L&D Operations (India) Mumbai. The Repair Technician plays an important role in the L&D department.
Job Profile
- L1 (Remote Support), L2 (Site Support) and L3 (Physical Repair) repair work in Repair Center.
- Troubleshooting, testing & repair of faulty PCB or equipment.
- Electronics hardware/ PCB handling, storage, and shipment packing
- Import/export shipping arrangement and tracking shipments
- Inventory management for spares (Raising PR, stock audit)
- Warehousing of spares
- Sharing quote to customers for out of warranty repair.
- Coordinate with the Customer, Vendor, distributers, Internal team
- Sending weekly report to Management.
- Update and record keeping of all RMA documentations.
- Visit to site in case of emergencies to do investigation and Resolution on Products.
