We're excited to present an opening for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Senior Specialist in Renewal Sales for Bangalore location.


Role and Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the on-time renewal of services and software contracts across the portfolio, including tracking renewals in Salesforce and maintaining regular communication with the Client Team Lead.
  • This role involves planning and managing pipeline 90 days ahead of renewal contract expiration dates.


This role shall support Clients recurring revenue functions by delivering services in the following areas:


Customer and Partner Outreach services including:

  • Identify and contact partners holding current services and software renewal contracts to ensure engagement with customers, proposal creation, quoting, renewal timeline, and mitigation of renewal risk.
  • Additionally, this role may need to interact with customers regarding their upcoming renewals to address concerns, provide install base information, and review proposals.


Pipeline Management services including:

  • Tracking and managing of all services and software renewal opportunities coming due within 90 days utilizing internal CRM platform (Salesforce).
  • Specific fields in each opportunity will require biweekly updates (or more so if necessary) including opportunity stage, forecast status, opportunity notes, expected deal amount, expected book date, and potential attrition.


Weekly Forecasting services including:

  • Submission of expected bookings for the upcoming fiscal week/month/quarter based upon updates received from partners and customers regarding deal timeline, purchase order process, and deal closure.


Deal closure and bookings attainment services including:

  • Engagement with partner to ensure contracts renew on-time and understand timeline for purchase order agreement (for forecasting purposes and tracking).
  • Connect with partner and distributor as needed to move contract renewals through commerce platform, ensuring timely bookings recognition.
  • Track renewal deals via internal tools to confirm bookings are allocated to correct sales node and tagged appropriately.
  • Upon confirmation of correct renewal bookings and allocation, close deal opportunity appropriately in internal CRM platform by completing all necessary fields.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Forecast
  • Weekly Deal Progression (List of renewal opportunities with comments on status - Has quote been prepared, sent, customer feedback captured, likelihood to book, next steps, escalation and support needed from Client)
  • Summary of calls/meetings from previous week & preview of calls/meetings scheduled for next week
  • Monthly and Quarterly business reviews of renewal performance, activities, pipeline progression & operational excellence, and intent to drive continuous business excellence and improve outreach


Key skills & knowledge:

  • High proficiency in English with exceptional communication, writing, and comprehension skills
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in renewals or sales of services and/or software agreements
  • Experience tracking and managing large volumes of renewals or sales deals/opportunities
  • Experience in weekly, monthly, or quarterly submissions of a forecast/sales outlook
  • Experience in periodic reporting to Client management team
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and database tracking tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Proficiency with internal communication platforms (Teams, Webex)
  • Internal Client tools (MBR, CCWR, SFDC)
  • Ability to understand and synthesize large amounts of data
  • Ability to collaborate and communication with external Partners and Customers
  • Experience managing customer inventory/contracts/agreements
  • Internal, customer and partner communication via email, Webex, and phone calls
  • Proficiency in tracking/managing renewals & sales


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
