Location - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai

Working days- 6 days

Working hours - 10pm - 7am

Work setup- In office

Candidates from Mumbai location only.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle renewal conversations with existing customers via whatsapp or calls

Ensure timely renewal of subscriptions/contracts

Follow up with customers before renewal dates.

Address customer queries, concerns, and objections related to renewals.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth renewal processing.

Provide basic product information and upsell/cross-sell where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience into working in the night shift is a plus

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a night shift environment

Good problem-solving and follow-up skills

Customer-focused attitude
