Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for renewable energy roles across Solar, Wind, Hybrid, and Energy Storage domains
• Leverage strong industry network and existing contacts to source high-quality candidates in the renewable sector
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical, commercial, and leadership hiring requirements
• Source candidates through referrals, headhunting, industry networks, job portals, and professional platforms
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of renewable energy professionals across functions
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role-specific technical and business requirements
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Support salary benchmarking, offer negotiation, and candidate closure
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders
• Stay updated on renewable energy market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks
• Support bulk hiring and niche senior-level hiring requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding within the renewable energy ecosystem
• Collaborate with HR, leadership, and business teams to meet hiring timelines and goals
