Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Renal Clinical Specialist Trainer to join our Renal Clinical team. This role will serve as an expert resource for Dialysis Therapy professionals, providing support and training on our innovative Hemodialysis products and treatments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both end users and the sales team to enhance product adoption and ensure optimal outcomes during product usage .

Our products cover : Dialyser, Hemo Dialysis & CRRT machines , Digital Custom Configured Hardware & software solutions , Blood Tubings , AV Fistula Needle / Catheter , RO treatment systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a primary resource for nephrologists , dialysis nurses, technicians doctors, nurses, and medical staff regarding the company's new products and treatments.

- Provide hands-on support to clinical staff in hospitals and clinics, ensuring their needs are met during product trials and the implementation of new procedures.

- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze growth trends, identify gaps in doctor conversions, and develop strategies for improvement.

- Prepare proposals for new business opportunities and engage with clients or potential clients to foster relationships and drive sales.

- Conduct continuous on-the-job training for clinical staff to enhance productivity and operational efficiencies through skill building and knowledge enhancement.

- Report to senior management on the performance of sales teams, identifying trends and recommending changes to improve results.

- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients or patients, including appointments, phone calls, emails, and other communications.

- Plan and execute continuous medical education (CME) programs and conferences in coordination with the sales team, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.

- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with experience in executing training programs.

- Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends to inform strategic decisions.

- Familiarity with medical devices and healthcare products is preferred.
