What You'll Do:

• Design intuitive user interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile
• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Design responsive layouts and mobile-first user experiences
• Optimize user flows and conversion funnels based on data insights
• Contribute to brand identity and visual design standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Figma and design system usage
• Strong Research Skills
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and human-centered design
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Familiarity with design handoff processes and developer collaboration
• Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of working with tools like Framer and Webflow
• No degree required - your skills and portfolio matter most!
