Buzzboomer is a Mumbai-based lead generation agency. We help businesses generate high-quality leads and convert them into booked appointments through paid advertising and structured follow-up systems.

We are hiring a Lead Qualification & Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound leads generated for our clients.

This is not a generic calling job.

Your role is to convert warm leads into confirmed, qualified appointments.

What Youll Be Doing

• Calling inbound leads generated through ads
• Qualifying prospects using a structured framework
• Asking the right questions to assess fit
• Following up with interested leads
• Booking confirmed meetings into calendars
• Updating CRM and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating with internal team for smooth handover

You will be provided with:

• Leads
• Scripts
• Qualification process
• Clear SOPs

Your primary KPI: Number of qualified appointments booked.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales / tele-calling / appointment setting experience
• Strong spoken English (clear, confident, professional communication is essential)
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Responsible and self-driven (fully remote role)
• Basic CRM familiarity

Compensation

20,000 22,000 fixed

• Performance incentive per booked appointment
• Monthly performance bonus

Expected total earnings: 28,000 - 30,000

Fully remote

• 30-day probation
