Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Remote Holiday Packages Consultant. Responsibilities include designing and organizing tailored holiday packages for individuals, families, and groups, collaborating with clients to understand their preferences, managing travel bookings such as flights, accommodations, and excursions, providing guidance on visas, travel insurance, and other related services, and ensuring customer satisfaction with curated travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in travel planning, destination knowledge, and creating customized travel itineraries
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in travel booking systems, visa processing, and additional travel-related services
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and ensure attention to detail
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry 4 years
• Familiarity with international travel norms and cultural nuances is beneficial
• Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
