Remote 3D Sportswear Designer (India Only)

Salary: 60,000 INR / month

We are seeking a 3D Sportswear Designer to help develop high-quality digital apparel for our sportswear catalog.

Primary Workload: Standard base 3D designs for catalog use.

Occasional Work: High-realistic, creative, or photorealistic renders when required (not frequent).

You must be able to prepare complete Tech Packs / Tech Kits based on the 3D garments.

Our company is already operational.

Financial incentives, bonuses, and rapid promotions will be offered after our products officially launch into the market.

• Create accurate base 3D garments (jerseys, shorts, tracksuits, training gear).
• Develop Tech Packs / Tech Kits including patterns, measurements, seams, trims, and details.
• Produce simple, clean catalog renders for daily tasks.
• Produce high-realistic or creative renders when needed.
• Ensure proper UV mapping, textures, pattern structure, and stitching accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively within a calm, respectful, and supportive workflow.

These skills are essential and required for the job:

• CLO 3D (preferred) or Marvelous Designer for garment construction, patterns, simulation, Tech Pack export
• Photoshop for catalog edits, colorways, presentation
• Blender or 3ds Max for basic rendering and scene setup
• Substance Painter for fabric textures, PBR materials

These skills increase your chances but are not required:

• Substance Designer custom fabric creation
• KeyShot or V-Ray advanced photorealistic rendering
• Illustrator flat sketches / vector technical drawings
• ZBrush advanced fold sculpting and mesh detailing
• Lighting & HDRI experience for premium renders

• Creativity and strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver clean files
• No degree required
• No previous job experience required (portfolio is what matters)
• Basic English communication preferred
• Portfolio is required (3D apparel, base garments, Tech Packs, renders)
