Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Specialist Trade Finance. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them customized trade finance solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries, ensuring timely execution of trade finance transactions, and assisting with financial analysis and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to provide strategic financial guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building to foster and maintain trust with clients
• Hands-on experience in Customer Service and effective Communication to ensure client satisfaction and clarity in engagements
• Proficiency in Finance, with an understanding of financial structures, trade finance instruments, and lending processes
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications would be an advantage
• Experience in corporate finance, trade finance, or client service roles is highly desirable
• A proactive and professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
