Job Description
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Increase the 811 book portfolio by acquiring new customers and enhancing existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth customers, offering tailored services.
- Plan and execute sales initiatives, lead generation activities, and events to attract prospective clients.
- Cross-sell a range of banking products, including Demat, trading, credit cards, loans, insurance, and mutual funds.
- Prioritize 360-degree customer engagement and ensure a high level of service quality.
- Track and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly, aiming for excellent NPS scores.
- Ensure compliance with account opening procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
- MBA/Graduate
- AMFIMBA/Graduate
- AMFI & IRDA Certification an added advantage for customer orientation
- Excellent Interpersonal skills – Written and oral.
- Good interpersonal and sales skills with strong people and time management.
