Job Description

We are seeking a talented and customer-centric Relationship Officer to join our Digital Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for enriching customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and cross-selling a range of banking products to meet their financial needs. Your primary goal is to deepen customer engagement and increase the bank's wallet share, ensuring a 360-degree approach to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Increase the 811 book portfolio by acquiring new customers and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth customers, offering tailored services.
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives, lead generation activities, and events to attract prospective clients.
  • Cross-sell a range of banking products, including Demat, trading, credit cards, loans, insurance, and mutual funds.
  • Prioritize 360-degree customer engagement and ensure a high level of service quality.
  • Track and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly, aiming for excellent NPS scores.
  • Ensure compliance with account opening procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
  • MBA/Graduate
  • AMFIMBA/Graduate
  • AMFI & IRDA Certification an added advantage for customer orientation
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills – Written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal and sales skills with strong people and time management.
  • Customer centric
