Relationship Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Officer Home Loans & loan against property to drive quality customer acquisition and manage end-to-end loan sourcing activities. The role involves ensuring strict adherence to banking policies, maintaining credit discipline, and building long term customer relationships through excellent service and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan customers in line with defined business plans and sales targets
• Acquire quality customers while maintaining strong credit discipline
• Ensure zero delinquency/default through proactive monitoring and follow-ups
• Monitor loan portfolios, including loan utilization checks and regular field visits
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation, MIS, and reporting
• Understand customer financial needs and resolve queries to ensure high satisfaction
• Complete loan documentation by clearly explaining terms, collecting fees, and obtaining required signatures/notarization
• Coordinate closely with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth disbursements
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

• 01 years of relevant experience in the BFSI domain
• Prior exposure to Home Loans / loan against property is highly preferred
