Job Description

The Relationship Manager-Portfolio will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our agricultural clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and its challenges. The manager will work closely with our marketing branches to develop and execute effective strategies to attract and retain clients. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and increase business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the agricultural industry to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Build a strong network of agricultural clients and maintain regular communication to understand their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing branches to create targeted marketing campaigns and events to promote our financial services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial matters, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, agricultural businesses, and industry associations.
  • Assist in the development of innovative financial products and services tailored to the agricultural sector.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team to ensure continuous improvement.
